The Sales Consultant is the primary sales representative of the dealership. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales transaction and should strive to meet your customers' needs in every interaction. As a Sales Consultant, you play a crucial role in identifying prospective customers, maintaining ongoing relationships, and representing the dealership's parts, service, and collision repair departments after the sale. You may also assist customers in choosing new or pre-owned vehicles, financial services, accessories, and options.
