Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Gerente Comercial

Será su principal función el desarrollo de la gestión comercial, operativa y liderazgo de equipos de venta.

1. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, con capacidad para influir y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
2. Pensamiento estratégico, habilidades analíticas y capacidad para transformar oportunidades de negocio en resultados tangibles.
3. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para incrementar la captación de nuevos clientes y maximizar los resultados.
4. Supervisar la prospección, negociación y cierre de operaciones comerciales.
5. Analizar el mercado local para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y tendencias.
6. Controlar y gestionar el presupuesto comercial y la rentabilidad de las operaciones.
7. Conocimientos sobre gestión del área de Licitaciones Públicas y Privadas.
8. Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial, o afines.
9. Experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo dentro del área comercial.
10. Habilidades de negociación, comunicación efectiva y toma de decisiones.
11. Disponibilidad full time.
12. Movilidad propia.
