About the role

GTE Localize is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a remote position aligned with the US market. We strongly prefer candidates based in the Latin America (LatAm) region to ensure alignment with our current time zone requirements and setup for this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound sales activities within the Translation & Localization industry, including lead qualification, deal closing, and client relationship management. Here are the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Serve inbound leads, qualify their needs, guide them through the sales process, negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure client return rate.
  • Collaborate with the project managers and production team in Asia and Europe to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.
  • u00a0Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and project files on our in-house developed CRM system (G-One) and server.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the language service industry is a strong advantage.
  • Otherwise, proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 02 years of working experience in a sales role within a service business, IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology industry is required.
  • u00a0Experience working with US clients. Excellent in cross-cultural communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented. Able to meet the conversion rate and revenue/profit target set by management.
