Empresa nacional con trayectoria en el rubro textil, especializada en la fabricación y distribución de indumentaria a nivel mayorista y minorista, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe de Logística para liderar la operación logística integral de sus centros de distribución.Principales responsabilidades:Supervisar los procesos de recepción, control y almacenamiento de mercadería.Planificar y coordinar los procesos de despacho y ruteo, asegurando entregas en tiempo y forma.Gestionar los inventarios, realizando seguimiento de stock e informes de rotación.Coordinar al equipo de operarios/as, asignando tareas y monitoreando el cumplimiento de los objetivos.Establecer y optimizar procedimientos operativos, promoviendo mejoras continuas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene en todas las áreas bajo su supervisión.Colaborar con otras áreas como Producción, Comercial y Atención al Cliente para garantizar una logística fluida.Requisitos:Formación terciaria o universitaria en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afines.Experiencia comprobable mínima de 3 años en puestos similares, preferentemente en empresas del rubro textil, retail o consumo masivo.Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión logística (WMS/ERP).Liderazgo de equipos operativos.Habilidades analíticas, planificación y capacidad resolutiva.Para postular, enviar CV a ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
