- Ejecutar el programa de controles microbiologicos y FQ, tanto interno como oficiales, sobre MP, agua y ambientales.
- Confeccion de registros/protocolos de analisis/ graficos de tendencias.
- Supervisar las tareas del analista de laboratorio.
- Gestionar el stock de insumos y los costos de analsis de laboratorio.
- Ejecutar el plan anual de interlaboratorios.
- Participación del Equipo HACCP.
- Estudiantes avanzados y/o graduados en Lic en Química, Bromatología, Ing en alimentos y carreras afines.
- Contar con una experiencia mínima de dos años en la industria alimenticia o frigorifica.
