We're looking for a Channel Manager who is passionate about building strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and creating innovative strategies to expand our market presence. In this role, you'll take the lead in managing our network of channel partners, optimizing collaboration to achieve business objectives, and crafting effective approaches to market and distribute our software solutions within the Channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with channel partners and strategic alliances to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Create and execute channel strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, providing training and support to optimize their performance.
  • Drive joint business planning and co-marketing initiatives with partners to maximize impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the sales process through the partner ecosystem, leveraging technical and sales expertise.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.

About you

You're a strategic and results-driven professional, with a knack for building strong partnerships and maximizing opportunities. You excel at identifying growth potential and crafting innovative strategies to drive success in the Channel ecosystem. What makes you a great fit:

  • Over 8 years of experience in channel account management, sales, or a related role within the software or cybersecurity industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas through channel partnerships.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence partners.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for regional or global markets.
  • Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
