About the Role

Are you passionate about sales and building relationships that drive business growth? Tekton Labs is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across Central America.

You'll play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline — bridging the gap between marketing and sales, setting up qualified meetings, and ensuring our future clients feel heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Proactively identify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn/social selling, and networking.

  • Research and engage prospects to assess pain points, fit, and budget.

Appointment Setting & CRM Management

  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.

  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.

Relationship Building & Nurturing

  • Develop trust with leads by sharing relevant content and being responsive.

  • Continuously engage with qualified leads to prevent them from going cold.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Share insights and trends with the sales team.

  • Support strategic outreach in collaboration with Client Partners.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

  • Take ownership of your own professional development.

What We're Looking For Must-Have

✔ 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. ✔ Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken. ✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (HubSpot). ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Nice-to-Have

➕ Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required). ➕ Comfortable speaking with executive-level stakeholders.
