¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?

• Brindar soporte directo a nuestros clientes a través de la resolución de los casos asignados.
• Velar por un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes.
• Interactuar con otras áreas para garantizar la resolución de los casos a cargo.
• Extraer y manipular información de las diferentes bases de datos.
• Detectar desvíos en la operación y llevar adelante las acciones necesarias para solución.
• Analizar los datos disponibles para mejorar indicadores y tableros de seguimiento de la operación.
• Monitoreo de principales KPIs y formulación de nuevas métricas de seguimiento de performance.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Capacidad resolutiva.
• Habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares
• Conocimientos en SQL y Power BI (deseable)
• Disponibilidad para realizar guardias fines de semana y feriados (excluyente)
• Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de tickets (Jira)
