Estamos buscando un/a Analista de Payroll desempeñe en las siguientes tareas:

• Manejo integral de la nómina asignada, incluyendo:
• Recepción y consolidación de las novedades para la nómina
• Procesamiento de la nómina y generación de los reportes de control, incluyendo nóminas de off cycle, vacaciones, anticipos, liquidaciones finales, entre otros.
• Revisión de la retención del impuesto a las ganancias de cuarta categoría
• Solicitud de configuraciones y creaciones de nuevos conceptos
• Simulaciones de egresos
• Análisis de desvíos y controles varios como por ejemplo asiento contable
• Contacto directo con los referentes de HR por dudas o inquietudes de los empleados

¿Qué necesitamos de vos para ser parte de esta experiencia?

• Estudios de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo, Administración de Empresas o a fines.
• Experiencia de 3 años en liquidación +100 empleados
• Manejo de sistema SAP de liquidación de sueldos
• Ingles deseable
