ANALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

Importante Grupo Empresario de producción, representación y comercialización de indumentaria y calzado urbano y deportivo

Lunes a viernes de 7:30 a 17 hs - PRESENCIAL

Zona SUR Córdoba Capital, Colectora

Contador/a público, Lic. en Administración de empresas, Lic. en Recursos Humanos, Técnicos o afines con experiencia en posiciones similares en el área administración de personal y atención al cliente interno. Se valorará conocimiento en higiene y seguridad, normas ISO e indicadores.

Serán funciones realizar el proceso de novedades para liquidación de sueldos completo y su respectivo control, administrar embargos, cuotas alimentarias, prepagas, cuotas sindicales; libro sueldo, altas y bajas en ARCA e Inspecciones del Ministerio, planilla de horarios y descansos, depósitos y apertura cuentas bancarias, medicina laboral, seguimiento de ART e Higiene y Seguridad. Se espera que participe en procesos de selección, inducciones, capacitación y acciones de bienestar
