Sharp Minds Psychology is on the lookout for a down-to-earth, trauma-informed registered psychologist to join our growing all-telehealth team. We do things differently here. If you're Medicare-eligible and have at least 2 years of experience under your belt, this could be your moment to join a team that gets it —and is ready to grow with you ?? ? Who

You Are: A registered psychologist (with AHPRA) who can obtain a Medicare provider number.

You have 2+ years of post-registration experience supporting clients with trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and emotional health. You're queer and trans allied , ND-affirming , and committed to inclusive practice- this isn't just a checkbox, it's your ethos. Your work is inclusive, non-pathologising , and client-led —you're not here to fix people, but to walk beside them.

Skilled in (or open to learning) modalities like IFS, EMDR, ACT, DBT, or somatic therapies. Passionate about working with queer, neurodivergent, and intersectional communities. Bonus if you love writing, co-creating resources, or dream of running groups or digital programs.
