We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to help coordinate and maintain our core business systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage products, inventory, and orders on Shopify

• Monitor and schedule field jobs through ServiceM8, support bookings and job tracking

• Handle invoice entry and reconciliation using Xero

• Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization between Shopify, Xero, and ServiceM8

• Update website content (WordPress or Shopify-based) when required

• Build and maintain tracking systems via Google Sheets or Airtable for inventory, jobs, and customer data.

• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and propose workflow improvements
