In this role as a Functional Analyst Order and Inventory Management at TVH's Information department, your primary role will be to act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, Compliance, E-commerce, Commerce, CRM, WMS, BI, Parts Data & TMS, .. You will ensure seamless communication and system alignment. This role is crucial in collecting, understanding, analysing and specifying business processes and corporate needs, translating them into functional requirements and configure where required. You'll report and work closely with the Product Owner.
Your role and responsibilitiesCollaborate with our integration partners to analyze and implement our OMS and Inventory solution while ensuring seamless Oracle ERP integration for efficient order processing and inventory management.
Design and document functional requirements for order fulfillment, inventory availability, and stock movements
Design and document functional requirements for backorder and shortage resolution, purchase, transfer and return order authorization management (RMA)
Implement and refine Available-to-Promise (ATP) logic to enhance order fulfillment accuracy
Ensure seamless integration between OMS, ERP, and WMS for real-time stock synchronization
Identify and troubleshoot system discrepancies and inefficiencies across order and inventory management platforms
Support testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities for OMS enhancements and implementations
Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end users
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define best practices and process improvements
Generate reports and dashboards to track OMS performance, order accuracy, and OMS business KPIs
Relevant Experience: You have at least three years of experience in a similar role, such as functional analysis or business process management.
Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, commercial sciences, IT or equivalent experience.
Technical Knowledge: Prior experience with inventory and order management systems and/or a good of Oracle is an advantage
Fluency in English: You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and are comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a team-oriented environment, bringing strong communication skills and a commitment to transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: You have excellent attention to detail, combined with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Adaptable and Positive: You approach challenges with a positive attitude and have the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
Travel Flexibility: Occasional travel (about 10-20%) may be required for project collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
