Magic Media is currently seeking a Senior 3D Hardsurface Artist to help our team on their next adventure.

What you will do:

- Create high-fidelity 3D props in a realistic style, maintaining consistency with the overall visual direction. - Model, UV, texture, and implement assets in Unreal Engine using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer). - Work with Art Directors and Concept Artists to translate vision into production-ready models. - Optimize assets for real-time performance without sacrificing visual fidelity. - Maintain a strong understanding of PBR workflows and material creation within Unreal Engine. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure assets meet gameplay, narrative, and performance requirements.

Your Profile:

- Demonstrable experience in hardsurface full pipeline. - Portfolio containing SCI-FI style and realistic detail assets. - Experience in real-time videogame assets development (including optimization and integration). - Mastery in either Max, Maya or Blender. - Proficient in using Substance Painter. - Expertize in PBR workflow. - Ability to show final results in engine. - Basic rendering and lighting skills. - Excellent English communication.
