As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing, implementing, and optimizing SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least two of EC, ONB, Compensation Planning, SCDP, PMGM, or LMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Advise clients on best practices and innovative HR process digitalization.

  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to consultants and clients.

  • Stay ahead of SAP innovations and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Nearly 5 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

  • Expertise in multiple modules, especially EC, ONB, Compensation, PMGM, LMS.

  • Strong HR process and Compensation management knowledge.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least 2-3 core modules is preferred.

  • Flexibility to travel and work in international environments.
