We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To support our growth and expand our business, we're looking for a Business Development Manager in Belgium. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in this market.

What you'll be doing:

Own the Sales Cycle - From prospecting to lead generation to close, it's yours to command!

Hunt for New Leads - Through calls, emails, networking events, face to face meetings and fairs, you'll bring in new business and drive growth.

Build Lasting Partnerships - Forge strong relationships with industry players to drive cross sales and boost brand awareness.

Think Creatively - Shorten the sales cycle, spark new ideas, and push toward ambitious goals.

Get to Know Your Clients - Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges—and know the competition, too.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Team up with other departments and use HubSpot to stay on top.

Your profile:

A Business Development Pro with a hunter's instinct!

Customer-focused, driven, energetic, and persistent—no challenge too big.

Tech savvy, experience with TMS (or SAAS) gives you an edge.

International mindset and willing to travel.

Energized by the fast-paced startup life and driven to make Qargo the market leader!

Team player at heart, a win-as-a-team mentality is a must!

Great at connecting and building lasting relationships—inside and outside the company!

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
