Jobdescription:

Als Junior IT support verleen je technische assistentie en ondersteuning met betrekking tot computersystemen, hardware en software. Daarnaast beheer je B2B-aanvragen van onze partners om een kwalitatief serviceniveau te garanderen.

Verantwoordelijkheden :

- Monitor en reageer snel op binnenkomende verzoeken met betrekking tot IT-problemen.

- Assisteren van partners bij B2B aanvragen

- Kennisbank gebruiken/beheren

- Escaleert complexe of onopgeloste incidenten.

- Data management (rapportage)

- Logistics: in/out stock, labeling…

- Staging

- IMAC

- Break & Fix PC & Printers

- Cabling & patching

Profiel:

- Instapniveau IT-vaardigheden of interesse

- Schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.

-Verantwoordelijk

- Teamgericht

- Probleemoplosser

- Flexibiliteit/bereidheid om in verschillende ploegen te werken

- Talen : ENG op een behoorlijk schriftelijk niveau (Universele taal voor ticketing doeleinden) + de volgende talen (FR/NL)

Werkuren:

- 40u/week planning binnen diensturen : 07:30 - 18:00
