Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire administratif logistique pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Keumiée. La personne effectuera différentes tâches : Actifs, Achats, Logistique, Planification, Export et Réception.

En tant que gestionnaire administratif et logistique, vous serez responsable de:

• Gestion des commandes et de la production

• Transfert de commandes SAP vers Mixmaster

• Génération de cartes de production

• Encodage des demandes de cotations

• Logistique et transport

• Préparation des documents de transport

• Organisation des transports entrants/sortants

• Suivi des accréditations et remplissages extérieurs

• Gestion des stocks et approvisionnements :

• Suivi des stocks (équipements, matières premières…)

• Commandes selon niveaux de stock

• Gestion des achats et factures

• Support administratif :

• Accueil des visiteurs

• Acceptation des commandes export

Pour réussir, vous devez avoir:

• Un niveau d'enseignement supérieur (universitaire ou non) ou une expérience significative dans l'une des fonctions décrites ci-dessus.

• Une première expérience en logistique.

• Un très bon niveau d'anglais parlé et écrit.

• Connaissances des règles d'exportation et des règles de transport routier (ADR), maritime (IMDG) et aérien (IATA).

• Des capacités d'organisation et aimer la polyvalence.

• Connaissances des outils de bureautique courants (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).

• Connaissances informatiques en SAP et Mixmaster sont un plus.
