Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) de direction motivé(e) et organisé(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. En tant qu'assistant de direction, vous serez le bras droit du dirigeant supérieur de l'entreprise. Votre rôle principal consistera à fournir un soutien administratif, organisationnel et opérationnel essentiel pour

faciliter le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise. Vous serez le point central de communication entre le dirigeant et les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.

Vos responsabilités comprendront, de manière non exhaustive:

-La gestion des tâches administratives

-La gestion des commandes

-La gestion de la facturation

-La gestion des communications entrantes et sortantes du dirigeant

-La logistique

-La gestion de projets
