VACATURE - JOBSTUDENT / PART-TIME SHOWROOMMEDEWERKER (3 DAGEN/WEEK)

Locatie: Showroom NDM Group - Deurne, Antwerpen

NDM Group, specialist in ramen, deuren en maatwerk schrijnwerk, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en punctuele jobstudent of parttime medewerker om ons showroomteam te versterken. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt onze verkopers met een vlekkeloze administratie.

Jouw taken:

• Beheren en inplannen van afspraken in de agenda van onze verkopers
• Klanten verwelkomen in de showroom (geen sales, wel ontvangst en begeleiding)
• Telefonisch en digitaal contact onderhouden met klanten
• Algemene administratieve ondersteuning (offertes opvolgen, dossiers aanvullen, input in CRM)

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Minstens 3 dagen per week beschikbaar is (dagen bespreekbaar)
• Zelfstandig en gestructureerd werkt
• Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands (Frans/Engels is een plus)
• Basiskennis van MS Office heeft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Representatief en klantvriendelijk is

Ideaal voor:

• Studenten in een administratieve of commerciële richting
• Parttimers met ervaring in onthaal of administratie
• Iemand met oog voor detail en een sterk organisatorisch vermogen
