Taskify is seeking skilled Project Managers for a pioneering AI research initiative focused on building agentic workflows — structured processes that capture how experts truly think, reason, and solve complex problems. Be part of a project shaping next-generation AI systems by transforming professional expertise into actionable workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions (SOPs, rubrics, evaluation criteria) designed for AI consumption.
- Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect authentic daily work in Project Management.
- Collaborate with fellow experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, reproducibility, and accuracy.
- Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflow operationalization into agent environments.
- Identify opportunities for AI to augment or replicate expert decision-making in Project Management.
Ideal Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in project management.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and structure complex processes step-by-step.
- Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
- Passionate about bridging professional expertise with cutting-edge AI innovation.
Opportunity Details
