The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology/ law/ human resources management or another related field

• Experience in Human Resource Generalist or related fields for at least 5 Years

• Have a good understanding of organization development area, such as performance management system, jobs description, organizational structure, standard operating procedure, etc.

• Familiar with recruitment Platform & Psychological testing

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

• Ability to analyzing data, especially for leadership and organizational performance.

• Growth mindset, teamwork, self -starter, can do attitude, assertive passionate with people

• Up-to-date and detailed knowledge of latest labor laws, and BPJS

• Willing to work at our HQ in Denpasar, Bali
