Job Description:

• Develop and implement a risk based annual audit plan.

• Identify high risk areas across medical operations, finance, HR, procurement, and inventory.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes.

• Conduct regular audits in clinic branches and head office departments.

• Review and assess compliance with SOPs, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Audit processes related to patient handling, sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory control.

• Prepare clear, concise, and insightful audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.

• Present audit results to management and assist in the development of improvement plans.

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions from previous audits.

• Ensure timely closure of outstanding audit findings.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk-based audit approaches.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
