Vos Principales Responsabilités

En tant que consultant, votre mission consistera à assurer lesupport fonctionnel et techniqueautour du produitELO, un système de gestion documentaire.

Vos Activités Incluent

• Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs et traiter les tickets d’incidents
• Effectuer des opérations de maintenance ou de configuration du produit
• Manipuler des bases de données (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Participer à la rédaction de la documentation technique et au suivi client
• Contribuer à des évolutions techniques simples ou des scripts, selon votre profil

Votre Profil

• Vous avez une première expérience en support informatique, ou vous êtes motivé à évoluer dans ce domaine
• Titulaire d’un diplôme technique (BTS ou équivalent), ou une première expérience probante dans un rôle similaire
• Vous parlez Français et Allemand couramment, la maîtrise de l’Anglais est appréciée
• Aisance avec l’environnement Windows
• Une première expérience avec les bases de données (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) est appréciée
• Autonomie, de rigueur et capacité d’adaptation
• Esprit d’équipe et polyvalence
