We are seeking a dedicated Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and provide excellent care for our furry guests.

- Supervision and responsibility of dog play groups ensuring high levels of safety.

- Transportation of dogs to and from Daycare & Boarding.

- This is a physically demanding position & you must be able to lift 40 lbs.

- Personal cellphones are not allowed on your person when working in group daycare with the dogs.

Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor dogs in a daycare setting to ensure their safety and well-being- Engage and interact with dogs through play, exercise, and socialization activities- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, and common spaces- Monitor dog behavior and intervene to prevent any aggressive or unsafe interactions- Assist with feeding and providing fresh water to dogs as needed- Communicate with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, activities, and any concerns

Experience:- Previous experience in animal care, such as working at a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or pet boarding facility- Knowledge of dog handling techniques and understanding of canine behavior- Ability to safely restrain dogs when necessary- Familiarity with basic pet care tasks including feeding, grooming, and administering medications- Experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a kennel or similar environment- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily duties
