We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Shared Services and Banking Operations to support the Product and End of Day Pricing Reference Data Services team.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the

What you'll do in the role:

    • Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
    • Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
    • Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
    • Identifying, defining and coordinating development of rules to monitor the data quality of reference data (incl. equities, listed derivatives and fixed-income products and pricing) against external data providers (incl. Bloomberg and Reuters) and direct exchange feeds.
    • Acquiring an intricate knowledge of the Firms product data, flow of the data in the firm systems, impact of poor data quality, building the ability to understand the wider environment and question data integrity.

    • Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
    • Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

Salary range for the position: $60,000 - $80,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
