Required Qualifications
- Masters in Leadership Studies
- Experience with curriculum development and course assessment
- Experience with training and instructor development
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Leadership Studies
- Leading efforts for curricular change and development
The details of the special projects include:
- Creating and facilitating a grade norming process & procedures within our courses and between our instructors
- Set up workshops
- Facilitate conversations on grade norming
- Research best practices on how to do this work
- Identify what we need to assess student learning outcomes
- Create a process utilizing best practices
- Identify a course where we can do a pilot and then determine how to expand
- Write a report to indicate how students meet our learning objectives in a course
This position is for March 25 - June 30, 2025.
The Leadership Minor's strategic partnership within the University of Minnesota is core to its identity and mission.
