About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Help Assistant to support our IT Director in managing site setups, Microsoft Office administration, and Google Workspace. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to troubleshoot and streamline IT processes.Key Responsibilities

• Assist with new site setups, including configuring networks, hardware, and software.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
• Provide Google Workspace administration, including email, Drive permissions, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset tracking and system configurations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper access to systems and tools.
• Support cybersecurity best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration and Google Workspace management.
• Experience with network setup and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to assist users with technical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
