HealthMark is reimagining the business of healthcare through innovative technology platforms that simplify and enhance administrative processes related to patient health records release and patient intake. We are seeking a curious and high-aptitude Data Analyst I to help deliver insights across the organization. Position Overview:

This role will join the analytics team, working closely with and reporting to the VP of Analytics. As the Data Analyst, I will get to serve the organization in three areas: (1) ETL/data mapping, (2) visualization, and (3) investigation/analysis. A successful candidate will work to become a resident data expert and begin to find, analyze, and interpret trends that affect our service lines.

The Data Analyst I will be part of the Analytics Team, working closely with and reporting to the VP of Analytics. This individual will support the organization in three key areas:

Responsibilities Include:

ETL and Data Mapping

• Integrate, define, and evaluate data sources across the organization using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Map and categorize data against business elements and user needs.

Data Visualization and Reporting

• Develop graphs, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
• Serve as a decision support resource for the organization by building custom queries to supply answers to questions.

Data Analysis

• Proactively investigate business performance, seeking ways to figure out actions to correct or improve processes.
• Present findings to business leaders in a concise and straightforward way.

Requirements Include:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of data and business analysis
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
