Position: Help Desk Analyst

Location: 800 W Montgomery Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19122

Duration: 3-6+ months contract

Job Details:

The Help Desk Analyst provides first-level technical support and assistance to employees or customers experiencing IT-related issues. This role is responsible for diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting.

Minimum skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in single point of contact help desk.

• Experience using GroupLink's Everything Helpdesk application.

• Strong customer service skills; telephone etiquette.

• Good team-oriented interpersonal skill.

• Good organizational skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical).

• Strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket process.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
