The Student(s) will assist the Lead Administrative Assistant with various office/clerical task including but not limited to: Light clerical variety of duties including some computer work. Scanning documents, making copies and filing. Updating, creating and maintaining various documents and databases. Back-up reception front desk, assist with department events, assist department faculty and staff as needed. Applicants should be available to work 10 -15 hours per work, typically during the hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
