We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Portal Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant/Portal Manager include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and being part of the team that manages our company's client portal. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Manage the flow of information in our online portal.
  • Handles company ledgers for multiple clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with finance law.
