Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Schedule Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone and email.
• Calling all jobs sold to go over customer checklist and determine installation time frame.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
• Assist calling in utility locates and processing city permits as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in analyzing information and providing clear solutions to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
