Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Personal Assistant with strong computer skills and the ability to drive.

Duties

⁠ ⁠ . Assist with scheduling, appointments, and daily tasks

⁠ ⁠ . Manage emails, phone calls, and documents

⁠ ⁠ . Drive for errands and appointments as needed

⁠ ⁠ . Communicate effectively in English and preferredSpanish

⁠ ⁠ . Other administrative and personal tasks as assigned

⁠ . Utilize QuickBooks / Invoices for basic financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

⁠ ⁠. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)

⁠ ⁠ . Able ⁠Drive to complete errands and attend appointments

⁠ ⁠ . Speaking and writing Spanish (preferred )

⁠ ⁠ . Excellent organizational and communication skills

⁠ ⁠ . Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.38 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
