- Perform general office duties such as answering the phone, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings/conference calls while demonstrating problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal employees, gaining recognition as an engineering team resource.
- Use appropriate judgment and knowledge when sharing sensitive information.
- Perform clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing.
- Interface with all levels of the organization and with clients, vendors, and contractors professionally and effectively.
- Event planning for an office of 30+ employees (Christmas parties, lunches, etc.)
- Purchase supplies for the office, including breakroom supplies.
- Light cleaning in conference rooms and breakroom.
- Support projects by gathering information, preparing documents, and tracking the process.
- Prepare plans, specifications and other documents for shipping or pickup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or relevant certification.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive follow-up, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong prioritization skills and professionalism.
- Focuses on objectives and deliverables, execution of tasks, and efficient implementation.
- Review and correct documents for clerical errors and modify/edit documents.
- Dependent upon experience.
