We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department with various tasks and responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting and finance. Overtime may be required during month-end, year-end and inventory without notice.

```Duties```

- Primary duty is daily invoicing and scanning.

- Assist with the preparation of reports

- Accumulate information for new account setup and distribute information once set up

- Support the company with projects and tasks as needed

```Skills```

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Accounting Department experience

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office

- Ability to analyze financial data and perform account analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Financial acumen and understanding of basic financial concepts

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Previous invoicing experience
