Main Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank and cards statements

Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting

Preparation of weekly reports

Categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks

Education:High School diploma or GEDSome College

Request:

1 year experience:Bilingual 100%Experience in Quickbooks 100%Experience in General officeExperience in AccountingExperience in PayrollAdvance computer skills including Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, other systems.Able to work with others and under administrative supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
