Local distribution warehouse seeking Accounting Clerk for a permanent, full-time position: M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance and paid time off available upon completion of waiting period.

Ideal candidate must be punctual and dependable, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize daily work load effectively. Previous Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking and vouching a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure prompt vendor payment
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Maintaining A/P files, scanning and filing of invoices, etc.
• Handling all vendor inquiries
• New vendor set up
• Perform various A/P research
• Assist Accounts Receivable as needed
• Assist Customer Service as needed
