Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Acteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance wunderstanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Duties

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the organization's liquidity and financial stability.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including tracking debits and credits.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Utilize accounting software such as Quicken for efficient financial management.
• Support estate planning through knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate law as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Quicken or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate law is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct cash flow analysis effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
