Accounts Payable Clerk

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE

Position Overview:

Accurate and timely processing and storage of management approved vendor invoices and other payables through the AP system completely understanding the nature of the charges and the payment terms. Also, maintain W9's and complete annual 1099 reports. Job responsibilities also include various accounting duties determined by management.

Essential daily duties:

• GL posting of approved invoices
• Payment processing through CDK
• Mercedes-Benz invoice posting
• Scanning of payments including checks, invoices and backup documents.
• Expense logging on DMG expense report.
• Schedule management
• Semi-monthly reconciliation of AMEX bill
• Reconcile fuel receipts to statement
• Team player - willing to accept from and provide assistance to other team members
• Contribute to improvement of team processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High energy work ethic with positive “can-do” attitude
• Organized and able to participate in a structured team processes
• Other various tasks as needed around the office

Hours

• This is a full-time career opportunity: Monday through Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm
