As an Office Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, company mail and providing exceptional customer service. With core skills in Microsoft Office and clerical experience, you will ensure efficient administrative support. We expect you to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, contributing to a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing and data entry to maintain organized records.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
