Job OverviewThe Assistant Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting several areas of \ of our organization. This position involves overseeing various administrative tasks, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient management of facilities. Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functionality across departments.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationship management practices to enhance client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation to support operational efficiency.

• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Manage facilities-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Assist in the administration of housing programs as needed.
