North Village LLC is a growing company in need of a detail-oriented and organized Office or Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for inputting information into our company database with precision and accuracy. This position can be performed either in-office or remotely, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a daily basis
- Review data for errors, completeness, and accuracy, making corrections as necessary
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company by identifying and suggesting process improvements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Fast typing skills with an eye for detail
