Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, and welcoming for clients and staff.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Conduct custodial duties including restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies.
• Execute floor care tasks including buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with residential painting projects as needed to enhance the appearance of facilities.
• Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces by ensuring all surfaces are wiped down and free of debris.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing methods.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety standards.
• Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
