Position: Scheduler

Remote | 2 PM - 10 PM EST | Starting at $19/HR + Bonuses & Commission

About the Role:

As a Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to locate, assign, and manage notaries for financial services signings. You will ensure each signing is efficiently coordinated, notaries are fully informed, and all transactions are executed smoothly. This role requires attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work in a high-paced environment. Since this is a remote role, candidates must be comfortable keeping their camera on for the entire shift to foster collaboration and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate & Assign Notaries: Quickly find and schedule qualified notaries for financial services signings.
• Confirm Availability: Ensure notaries are available and fully briefed on each assignment.
• Manage Schedules: Oversee and adjust signing schedules as needed.

Provide Instructions: Clearly communicate signing details to notaries to minimize errors.

• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes efficiently.

Maintain Communication: Serve as a liaison between notaries, clients, and internal teams.
