OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft, a background in customer service or reception roles, particularly within construction.

Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone systems and directing calls appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized files for patient records and administrative documents.
  • Assist with the coordination of office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve client satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries related to services offered, ensuring all information is communicated clearly to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties for construction company
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
