Pat Lafrieda Meat Purveyors is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of a Data Entry & Call Center Associate. You will be responsible for taking customer orders that come in from email and phone calls, assisting customers over the phone, communicating with our drivers to expedite deliveries, and handling issues as they arise. You will also assist in taking returns and investigating/documenting any issues or problems that occur to prevent them from happening again. This individual must have superb time management skills above all.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong outgoing personality with superior communication skills and great work ethic.

· High Energy.

· Data entry and strong organizational skills.

· Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Experience in the Meat Industry is a plus but not required.

· You should be professional and positive and possess a high degree of self-motivation and be able to work independently on your job.

· Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Must be able to lift minimum 40lbs.

· Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.

· Must have a sense of urgency to work with a deadline.

The Schedule for this position is for Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm - 8pm or closing time on Saturday.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Key Data Entry and Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry. Attention to detail is key.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, for various administrative tasks.
• Organize and manage files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
