Weiler Plastic Surgery Group is looking for an enthstic and driven Patient Experience Coordinator (Lafayette) to join our team! Our practice includes locations in Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Hammond, Covington, Denham Springs, Slidell, Metairie & Lafayette. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to help us strengthen our brand by assisting our patients and supporting our providers at our Lafayette location. The right candidate has a passion for creating amazing patient experiences through professional and genuine interactions.

Patient Experience Coordinators assist in the provision of a professional and welcoming environment while communicating with patients through phone inquiries and clinic visits. They create and maintain communication with the patients while simultaneously working with staff to ensure all tasks are completed and everything in the clinic is running efficiently.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail & verbal/written & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to carefully read and follow directions
  • Good teamwork skills

Preferred Education or Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in aesthetic, med spa or healthcare

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and check patients in and out
  • Schedule appointments and follow up appointments which includes verifying receipt of company review instructions.
  • Verifying patient billing information as well as collecting payment for services.
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
  • Receive and route messages or documents, to appropriate staff.
  • Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
