JobID: 5214 Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical/Attendance Clerk Date Posted: 3/25/2025 Location: Lewis & Clark Middle School Date Available: April 2025 Closing Date: OPEN UNTIL FILLED ATTENDANCE CLERK Lewis and Clark Middle School 9-months; 8 hours/day; Monday - Friday $17.13/hour for 90 workday probationary period; then $19.03/hour
• Performs a variety of clerical work
• Compiles and maintains student attendance records and reports
• Considerable knowledge, skills and abilities with computers, office equipment, office practices and procedures
• Skill and ability to use tact and discretion in meeting and communicating with parents and students
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years clerical experience or combination of education and experience
