Objective: To warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Who You Are:

You are a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. What You Will Do:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
• Communicate with guests about wait times and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and introducing their server.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about reservations and general information.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and host stand.
• Assist with managing the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
